Traveling

Would you like to travel around South Africa after your time as a volunteer? Be More can help you! For example by helping you plan your trip, giving you tips of great places to see or local organizations you can approach.

Be More also offers you the chance to see more of your surroundings during your time at one of our projects. A local tour guide can take you on various excursions during weekends. You can visit a real Zulu-village where you can live, sleep and eat traditionally for a weekend. Or you can go hiking for a weekend in the Drakensberg Mountains, one of the most beautiful and impressive natural areas of South Africa. You can go to Hluhluwe-Umfolozi, a game reserve where you can see elephants, giraffes, zebras, lions, rhinoceroses and many other animals. There are many other places to go and you can arrange and discuss this once you get to South Africa. These excursions are at your own expense and not included in the program.

South Africa is more than worthwhile to explore! Try to take some time off from volunteering to travel and see more of the country!
