Changes to Availability and Projects

Due to overwhelming interest in our projects for 2008 many of our projects are already full or almost full for 2008. As a result, we will be opening up availability for 2009 over the next 2 weeks. Please check back to find out what all the 2009 project dates and availability will be.

To better accommodate volunteers and our project partners, we have also adjusted our project list for UK volunteers in 2008 and 2009 to ensure that there are dedicated spaces available to UK volunteers. While our new list will ensure more spots are available, it also means that some projects previously open to UK volunteers will no longer be offered. Be More Netherlands will continue to send volunteers to these projects however and as Be More UK continues to grow, we will eventually start sending volunteers to these projects again. Over the next two weeks we will also be introducing 2 new projects for UK volunteers.

We sincerely apologize to anyone who was thinking of going to one of the projects that are now closed to UK volunteers. We hope that you can understand the necessity of having to adjust our project availability list and that our new dedicated spaces will ensure more of you can volunteer at our project partners!
