Chedra started as a self-supportgroup to fight the consequences of HIV/AIDS in the communities around Masaka. By now, the organization is one of the frontline-fighters against HIV/AIDS in the area; it supports countless people, from children to the elderly.
Chedra works from Masaka, the homebase of Be More in Uganda, with people from the communities around town. With programs aimed at education and awareness, research and home visits, support of vulnerable children, psychosocial care, testcentres for HIV/AIDS and sanitational programs, the organization works on improving health in a great number of ways.
